Sunny has accomplished much as a elected official. She founded neighborhood associations that reinvigorated a sense of community and increased safety. She has effectively increased support services for Seniors and children and founded the South Euclid Department of Economic Development. Sunny led many successful initiatives such as: the very successful South Euclid Humane Society, local artist series, a thriving dog park and co-founded the South Euclid land Conservatory. Read more

Priorities

Sunny will make reversing urban sprawl a priority by focusing on job creation and reviving urban areas. She will leverage this new government structure and collaborate with the new county districts. Sunny will ensure economical and efficient judicial and social service systems, especially those that support families and children. She will strengthen the programs that work and eliminate or improve those that are ineffective. Read more

Sunny has served the City of South Euclid as City Council Member at Large for 11 years. She has been an active Democratic Precinct Committee Member leading important issues for 10 years. Sunny was elected to the South Euclid Charter Review Commission in 2005 and has been on the Democratic Executive Committee since 2000. Read more
